Anime Review-Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

I haven't post any review for such a long time.Probably because I am too lazy to write one since I think I watch too much anime. Ok, back to the topic as usual the reason why I write this review is I'm having withdrawal symptoms after watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Fullmetal Alchemist Bortherhood is an awesome anime since it follows the manga closely. I can even remember having read the manga years ago by just watching the anime.The anime reminds me the character that I like so much like Ed, Al, Roy and all the legendary heroine like  Riza, Olivier and Izumi.Not forgetting ehem Winry!.:)

Strong Plot

I'm going to do rough review based on the anime. The anime is really good since the storyline is quite strong. The story does not only revolve on Elric brothers but also give other characters to shine as well like Roy&Co and Olivier & Alex Armstrong. Even the enemy is given full detail about their history and given proper power to match up the good guys. The enemy is pretty amazing since they plan very carefully about the extermination of people of Amestris in order to create Philosopher Stone. Even I am amazed about their plan! Sometimes my guess about their plan is wrong. Who've never thought about the existence of Father that create the Homunculi not just to create the stone but to become God. *Okay this part is absurd to me.

Torn between the good and evil character

*The Homunculi is made up of seven sins: Wrath,Envy,Greed,Pride,Lust,Sloth,Gluttony.

There was a saying ''Never judge A book by its cover'', I think that saying can be used properly in this anime. The bad character aka the Homunculi is not entirely bad in the story. The good guys also have some pretty harsh experience that make them who they are in the present. At the verge of death you tend to pity someone.That is how I felt when Envy,Pride,Wrath and Greed dies. For me Greed is the good guy in the series.

Bloody Fight Scene

The fight scene I think is well distributed between the characters. Not too much fight scene is given to Ed and Al only since both of them is the centre of the story. But for me the most epic fight scene are Bradley vs
Buccaneer+Fu+Greed, Bradley vs Scar, Sloth Vs Olivier&Alex, Roy vs Envy, Ed Vs Pride.
The fight scene is pretty vicious for me. They've got blood everywhere. I think I can handle that but when it involve tore limb and a monster that like to eat you starting with the head, mmm it is pretty harsh for me.

The Couple

Not just revolve on fight scene Brotherhood also give some limelight to the couple. Edward finally confessed to Winry.May Chang will have a chance with Alphonse.Lin and Lan Fan. Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye, two deadly couple.Haha. I think they have an awesome relationship.Even though not too lovey dovey like shoujo anime but you have the feeling that they are fated together.:)))).

p/s- I really respect Olivier Mira Armstrong leadership. She is fierce and kind to her subordinate.She is indeed a true leader.

pp/s-I will probably edit this post to rant some more about brotherhood.

Lets All Get Fat

Lets all get fat by watching tons of vampire dramas and drooling over the hot actors while eating tons of chocolate and junk food.

and also crying and singing by watching Glee.

I hope days like this will never end.
